    Whole cluster pressing. Clarification through natural settling, controlled cold fermentation, and brief aging of the base wine on lees in stainless steel tanks. Secondary fermentation in the bottle and at least 9 months of aging in the bottle before disgorging.

The Hlade Wine Estate is located at the crossroads of the Slovenske Gorice and Kozjak hills. We are a boutique family winery, where three generations live and work together. Specifically, we are situated 10 kilometers from the very center of Maribor, in the Kozjak area. Our vineyards, covering a total of 8 hectares, are also planted here. We divide our vineyards into two locations: Šober and Kozjak.
