Golden yellow color. The wine has a moderately aromatic scent, dominated by muscat notes, pineapple, and a hint of lemon freshness. On the palate, the wine is fresh and fruity, with nicely balanced lively acidity. The taste is accentuated by the characteristic muscat aroma.

Ranina can be served as an aperitif and pairs well with veal, white meat, poultry, pasta, and vegetable risotto.

Vinification
Maceration for 24 hours after harvest at a controlled temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve varietal aromatics. Aged for 6 months on lees in stainless steel tanks and 4-6 months in bottles.
